At Aarti Steel Furniture, we take pride in delivering quality steel furniture to your doorstep. Every product is checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Since most of our products are custom-made or made-to-order, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once the product is accepted in good condition.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You must provide photo or video evidence via WhatsApp or email for quick processing.

Upon verification, we will offer:

Free replacement, or
-
Repair at no additional cost, or
-
Partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Conditions for Returns
Returns will only be accepted under these conditions:

You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

The product is unused and in its original condition.

The original packaging is retained wherever applicable.

You provide valid proof of damage/defect (photos/videos).
Note: Products damaged due to mishandling, water, or physical damage after delivery are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are non-returnable:

Made-to-order or customized furniture.

Products with minor color/texture differences due to hand-finishing.

Products damaged after delivery.
5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.

No cash refunds are provided for online orders.

Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed, as we start the production process.
